My Fitness Journey started in 2009, weighing 100kg at the age of 15. In 2013 I was hospitalized at 59kg and diagnosed with Crohn's disease.
Understanding both obese and skinny, in early 2021, I decided to master this fitness and nutrition road.
The reason? Growing an aesthetic physique seemed impossible without steroids. I wanted to prove the contrary.
I became a certified Personal Trainer with experience in Men's Physique training and preparation.
Something was missing along the way... The ability to push through my progress and correctly track all hypertrophy techniques.
That's why I created this app. I had enough years without more gains.
