My all-time natural bodybuilding journey began at 15, weighing 100 kg. Over the next year and a half, I lost around 20 kg.

At 19, I was hospitalized with advanced Crohn’s disease and lost everything I had built, dropping to 59 kg.

After a long battle with my health, I returned to training — but with a completely different approach.

I committed to understanding how muscle is actually built: safely, efficiently, and without guesswork. That decision led me to become a certified IFBB Personal Trainer, win a 6-week transformation and prepare for Men's Physique competition.

Since then, I have continued studying and applying what leading exercise scientists and neuroscientists teach about training, recovery, and long-term health.
