Understand Hypertrophy

My all-time natural body-building journey started at the age of 15, weighing 100kg. I managed to lose around 20kg over 1 and a half years.

At the age of 19, I was hospitalized because of an advanced stage of Crohn's disease. At that time, I've lost all my gains, going down to 59kg.

Fortunately, after long battles with my disease, I went back to lifting weights, but that time I chose a different approach.

I decided to get educated on how to build muscles fast, safe and big. And this is what has led me to become a certified Personal Trainer and prepare for Men's Physique competition.

Moreover, I am studying and applying what the most educated and influential exercise scientists and neuroscientists disclose, to understand as wide as possible what our body needs for muscle building.
